1. Orders and Payments
(1) Changing or Canceling Orders

Please note: As our orders are processed quickly once submitted, we are unable to change the address, shipping method, modify, or cancel your order. However, returning your purchase is straightforward! For further assistance, please contact our online customer service at the bottom right corner or email us at sugaredspells1@outlook.com.

(2) Promotional Terms and Conditions

-Promotions are hosted by Sugared Spells to show appreciation for both new and existing customers.

-All promotional times are based on server notification times.

-Promotions are open to all new and existing customers of Sugared Spells.

-Customers must be at least 18 years old or have full capacity for civil conduct.

-Discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.

-Promotional discounts do not apply to items already on sale.

-Each customer is entitled to one discount during the promotional period.

-Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

At present, our company only accepts PayPal payments, and we will gradually introduce other payment methods based on customer demand.

2. Shipping and Delivery
(1) How much does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping within the United States is currently free of charge. For all international orders, shipping costs will vary depending on where you are located, the items being shipped, and how quickly you wish to receive your package. You will be responsible for any customs duties, which will be determined at the time of pickup.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact customer service to arrange for additional shipping fees at checkout.

(2) How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date of your order for dispatch (this only applies to processing, pulling, and packaging your order; it does not include shipping time). For larger crystals, it may take longer to package and ship your order; we want to ensure your crystals arrive safely! During peak shopping seasons, processing times may be longer.

Sugared Spell may also dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, depending on the situation. Regular orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Sometimes, orders may take longer due to stock availability. If your order is a custom-made item, the dispatch time will be affected by the complexity of the production, but it will generally not exceed 30 days.

(4) My package tracking shows "Returned to Sender." What should I do now?

If your package has been returned to the sender, there may be an issue with your delivery address, causing your order to be undeliverable, and your package will be returned to our warehouse. You have 30 days (from the date the package is returned to us) to contact us and retrieve your items. After 30 days, the items will be restocked.

3. Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! Please refer to the details of our return policy below.

(1) Return Service Conditions:

- Discounted items and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Discounted items and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange and will be specified in the description at the bottom of the product page.

- Bracelets, necklaces, and most crystals (unless specified on the product page details or purchased during a promotion/sale) are usually eligible for return within 30 days of receiving the package, extended to 60 days during the holiday season.

(2) Items Not Eligible for Return:

- All earrings, bath and body products, sprays and misters, candles, and cleansing tools (such as sage wands, cone and stick incense, and resin) are final sale and not eligible for return.

(3) Return Process:

- Log in to your account and go to the website.

- Navigate to the order you wish to return and click on it.

- Click the "Request Return" button on the right side and fill out the subsequent questions.

- After submission, the customer service team will review your request and approve or decline it.

- If the return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label.

(4) Return Time Limit:

- You must return the goods within 30 days (or 60 days during the holiday season) after receiving the package.

(5) Shipping and Restocking Fees:

- If you are not eligible for free shipping, the additional shipping fees are non-refundable.

- A 10% restocking fee will be incurred when initiating a return when your order status is: [Customer has placed the order] or [Merchant is preparing the order].

- A 30% restocking fee will be incurred when initiating a return when your order status is: [Merchant has shipped the order] or [Customer has received the order].

(6) Product Issues:

- Every item is professionally inspected and photographed before leaving the warehouse. If your item is damaged during transit or has a quality issue, please contact us, and we will do our best to correct the issue promptly. Satisfied customers bring joy to the crystals!

4. Tracking Your Return

We recommend that you send the items back in a padded envelope and insure the package. Sugared Spell is not responsible for replacing items if they are lost or stolen in the mail.

Shipping fees for expedited orders are non-refundable.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact customer service immediately. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the original method of purchase. Please note that it does take 3-10 business days for the return to be processed upon arrival at our department, and it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

7. Jewelry FAQs
(1) How to Find the Right Jewelry Size

Most jewelry is unisex. However, some necklaces and bracelets are available in various sizes. For necklaces, the most common length for women is 18 inches. For men, it is 21.5 inches.

For bracelets, the most common size for women is 7.5 inches, and for men, it is 8 inches.

If you are still unsure about the size to purchase, use a piece of string to measure your wrist. Let the string fit as snugly as you would like it to. Measure your string with a ruler and then select the size that is closest to that measurement!

(2) About Wearing and Caring for Your Jewelry

Crystals that are worn or stored for a long time need to be regularly cleansed to release any absorbed negative energy, restore their pure vibrations, and maintain their positive effectiveness and clarity as tools for spiritual and energetic work.

Cleaning: Regularly wipe the surface of the crystal gently with a soft cloth to remove dust and stains. For crystals with dirt, you can rinse with water and dry off.

Avoid Impact: Although crystals are hard, they should still be protected from impact and falling to avoid damage.

Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Do not expose crystals to extreme temperature changes, such as taking them from an air-conditioned room directly to the hot outdoors, as rapid temperature changes may cause cracks within the crystal.

Avoid Chemicals: Chemicals such as perfumes and detergents may erode the crystal, affecting its luster and appearance.

Storage: Store crystals separately or individually to avoid contact with other hard gemstones, which may cause scratches.

Regular Inspection: Regularly check for any wear or looseness in the crystal's cord, setting, etc., and repair promptly to prevent loss of the crystal.

Energy Cleansing: Some people believe that crystals have energy that can be cleansed and restored through methods such as burying in the earth, rinsing in water, or smudging with herbs.

Avoid Direct Sunlight : Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause the color of the crystal to change, especially for crystals with lighter colors or those containing organic materials.
