1. Return Service Conditions

- Discounted items and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Some rare crystals are considered final sale, which will be specified at the bottom of the product page description.

- Handcrafted items are not eligible for return or exchange, as specified at the bottom of the product page description.

- Bracelets, necklaces, and most crystals (unless specified in the product page details or purchased during a promotion/sale) are generally eligible for return within 15 days of receiving your package, extended to 30 days during the holiday season.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

- All earrings, bath and body products, sprays and mists, candles, and cleansing tools (such as sage sticks, incense cones and sticks, and resins) are final sale and not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

- Log into your account and go to our website.

- Navigate to the order you wish to return and click on it.

- Click the "Request Return" button on the right side and fill out the subsequent questions.

- After submission, our customer service team will review your request and either approve or decline it.

- If your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label.

4. Return Time Limit

- You must return the product within 15 days after receiving your package.

5. Shipping Fees and Restocking Fee

- If your order is not eligible for free shipping (as indicated by an additional shipping charge during payment), this portion of the shipping fee is non-refundable.

- (When your order status is: Customer has placed the order or Merchant is preparing the product) Initiating a return will incur a 10% processing fee.

- (When your order status is: Merchant has shipped the product or Customer has received the product) Initiating a return will incur a 30% restocking fee.

6. Product Issues

- Every item is inspected and photographed by professionals before leaving the warehouse. If your item is damaged during transit or has quality issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to correct the issue promptly. Happy customers make for happy crystals!
